AutoAwards is currently searching for a partnership-marketing coordinator to join our growing team. Individual must be a self-starter who is able to work independently. Responsibilities include overseeing and coordinating small business partnerships with our merchant network providers. Our merchant network currently is comprised of over 2,000 business partners. The candidate must be detail oriented and extremely organized to succeed in this position. Position requires meeting strict deadlines and working well as part of a team. Requirements:

  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • Develop new partnerships with area small businesses owners.
  • Personally interact with partners via phone, email and letter correspondence.
  • Assist our partners in the design and creation of their ads in our art department.
  • Maintain database of our partners and their offers using Microsoft Excel.
  • Occasional travel to client sites throughout US and Canada to prospect new small business partnerships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree not required but a plus.
  • Two plus years of job experience preferred.

AutoAwards, Inc. is currently seeking an individual to join our MIS team. If you are an individual with self-confidence, is a self-starter and is detail-oriented with a computer background, this could be the opportunity for you. This position is a full or part time opportunity working Monday thru Friday.

As part of the AutoAwards’s Customer Care and IT department, you will be part of the support team covering a client base throughout the United States and Canada. Our company offers a highly collaborative working environment, and the right individual must be comfortable working as part of a team. Requirements:

This position is an estimated full time, 4 to 6+ month temporary position available now through Mid-April. This position has the possibility of becoming permanent at the end of the initial term.

As part of AutoAwards’s art department, you will help promote and expand AutoAwards’s product offerings and client base throughout the United Sates and Canada, while developing innovative and efficient programs that will enhance AutoAwards’s ability to attract new business and maintain outstanding client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work as a team player

  • Responsible for creating the design and layout of projects and seeing them through from initial concept through full production.
  • Proficiency in preparing print materials utilizing Adobe InDesign and Adobe PhotoShop. Experience in Adobe Illustrator not required, but preferred.
  • Fluency in collecting printed materials (brochures, booklets, signage, etc.) for press.
  • Experience with preparing images for the Web as well as Web design experience a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related area. A combination of education and experience may substitute for degree.
