AutoAwards is currently searching for a partnership-marketing coordinator to join our growing team. Individual must be a self-starter who is able to work independently. Responsibilities include overseeing and coordinating small business partnerships with our merchant network providers. Our merchant network currently is comprised of over 2,000 business partners. The candidate must be detail oriented and extremely organized to succeed in this position. Position requires meeting strict deadlines and working well as part of a team. Requirements:

  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • Develop new partnerships with area small businesses owners.
  • Personally interact with partners via phone, email and letter correspondence.
  • Assist our partners in the design and creation of their ads in our art department.
  • Maintain database of our partners and their offers using Microsoft Excel.
  • Occasional travel to client sites throughout US and Canada to prospect new small business partnerships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree not required but a plus.
  • Two plus years of job experience preferred.

  • Have outstanding organizational and communication skills with a dynamic personality.
  • Enjoy periodic travel and visitation of clients on site.
  • Be highly motivated, a self-starter and comfortable in a sales setting.
  • Live within reasonable commuting distance of our corporate headquarters located in Odessa, Delaware.
